1) Using the Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
- Account: Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Profile name & privacy: You can choose a Profile Name; your real name is not required. Your Profile Name is shown only if you opt in.
2) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harm, harass, or shame others; promote self-harm or disordered behaviors.
- Post medical claims, prescriptions, or misinformation.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or abuse rate limits.
- Upload content you don’t own or have rights to share.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3) User content & license
You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service. You can delete your content at any time; routine backups and anonymized aggregates may persist.
4) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to the Policy.
5) Health & safety
- No emergencies: The Service is not for emergencies or urgent care.
- Consult your clinician: Insights, cohorts, forecasts, and articles are informational only.
6) Plans, Founders, and changes
- Core plan: Free.
- Founders offer: If you receive “Founders Membership,” it applies to all feature sets current and future. It’s non-transferable and doesn’t include future third-party costs or add-ons.
- We may add paid features in the future; we’ll be clear and provide notice before any changes that affect you.
7) Modifications to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Service. If we make material changes that significantly reduce functionality you rely on, we’ll provide reasonable notice.
8) Third-party links & services
Links to third-party sites or services are provided for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 (OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF GREATER).
11) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops; sections that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, governing law) will survive.
